Open plan dining and lounge areas are complemented by up-to-date kitchens. Bathrooms have wet area showers and include a laundry area. Neutral décor throughout enhances the pleasant interiors which are kept toasty warm with heat pumps.

Carports and Scooter bays are available for those who need one. The cottages are ideal for individuals or couples wanting to maintain their independence, while also enjoying the security and companionship of being part of the Glenwood community.

Services include meals delivered to your door (by arrangement), a village liaison person to provide that link to the organisation and to keep an eye on the well-being of village residents, and activities and recreation personnel to enhance social opportunities. We have a social committee organised among the residents who arrange regular pot-luck meals and other opportunities for group get-togethers.

Service Care Packages

Optional services may be purchased to ensure your living is even easier. 

For instance, you may wish to have all or some of your meals prepared by the Glenwood kitchen, or to have your linens laundered once a week. 

Please discuss your requirements with our Manager.

Also, if you wish to maintain a small garden our gardeners will support you to do so.

Cottage Availability

Glenwood cottages are always popular, so it is a good idea to plan ahead and make use of the wait list. 

Prospective residents are under no obligation to take up a cottage offer, but being on the waiting list alerts them when cottages become available.
